Fire & Flame

So every once in awhile I pick a non-human subject to do a photo study on. The most recent one I have done was one on fire and flame through the view of a camera and manipulation of shutter speeds. In this study, I have also captured damages to wood in the event of fire.

Fire erupting from some scorched pieces of wood.
Flames at a faster shutter speed.
Slower shutter speed.
Rather dramatic shot.
Trickling up into the stars. :)

Sometimes I find embers much more fascinating than the flames themselves.
